A. BAKER is the beating heart of the NewActon precinct. Operating seven days from 7am - late A. BAKER begins each day by offering artisan bakery goods made on-site and locally roasted coffee. Along side this is the open kitchen where culinary maestros carefully prepare a menu using only regional produce. Travel downstairs and you'll discover a basement bar with an impressive range of Australian spirits. The incredibly exciting, multi-faceted establishment is located within the heritage listed NewActon pavilion which was destroyed by fire in 2011.
